My trip is winding down in Singapore, and what a perfect way to do it. With my Aunt Amy, cousin Debbie and her daughter Olivia, I've been doing what Singaporeans do best --eating! And there's so much to choose from.
Take for example, our Chinese New Year lunch at the Hyatt's southeast Asian buffet. It's delicious setup features all kinds of food that you can get at traditional hawker stalls out on the streets of Singapore, including Indian, Malaysian, Indonesian, Chinese and of course, Singaporean. Yum!
